They should be able to offer you help/advice as a customer. Not had dealings with Lloyds Jack but hopefully they shouldn't make you wait too long for your reply. On the 3rd of this month i sent a letter to lloyds saying all this how i was only just 18 at the time and that they built up and got ontop of me which ended in a bad credit score from missing direct debits ect also saying how im expecting a child and am on low income with no other source of money anyone had same dealings with them how long do i expect to wait for a letter back? and what are my chances like? which i didnt have i was only 18 and reluctantly on jsa so i was forever having bank charges ontop of bank charges. Only last week i went through all my bank statements online i added up from 2010-present i have been charged over 800 pounds in fees from being overdrawn bye like 30p-1 pound i then got charged 75 pound for this. ![]()
